Like many believe the beginning of mankind all started with a fruit, and like the beginning of our "existence" chocolate had a similar start. Chocolate comes from a fruit tree and it is made from a bean. Cocao trees are incredibily delicate it takes 400 cocao beans to make one pound of chocolate. Making chocolate is a long and fragile process in my head that is how women are created it is a detailed delicate process. When most people hear the word chocolate you automatically think of a box of of chocolate or a bar or even a cake you immediately think of candy. Well me I picture skin a blank rich canvas.
As a child you might remember you mother, grandmother, or aunts might have told you "don't eat so much chocolate it is bad for your skin" or "it is because of all that chocolate you're eating that is why your skin is breaking-out". But doing and taking anything in access is obviously bad for it is all about moderation nevertheless treat yourself it is okay to indulge sometimes. Our folks exaggerated the facts and they were told that chocolate is the devil it is a myth passed down from generation to generation. The reason why your skin break-out is just because your skin is acne-prone it has nothing to do with chocolate but hey it is easy to put the blame on something right.
